How It Works

Shopping our staging rentals means you're renting our items for a 30 day period, starting from the day you pick up your order or your order is delivered to you. A mandatory security deposit with a credit card in the same name as your order will be required before the items are released to you. This amount will be determined by the total cost of your order including HST.

If you make a purchase from our home brand R + P Home, those items are for you to keep forever.

Additional Policies

Any rented furniture, linens, accessories, dinnerware, glassware, bedding, etc. is NOT to be used in any form. There will be a replacement fee for any damage done to property of R + P Home.

Any rented furniture, linens, accessories, dinnerware, glassware, bedding, etc. found to have been used or damaged in any form will be charged a replacement fee of the original cost of the item plus an additional 25% (at the sole discretion of R + P Home).

Property where items are being used must be clean and stage ready. Free from construction, repair, remodeling & painting, etc. A clean environment is absolutely required.

Please allow for one week notice to schedule pick-up. You will not be charged for going over your 30 day rental period for pick-ups as long as we have been notified of staging termination prior to the end of your rental term.
